Abaris to Present Two Tutorials at CAMX 2016

Abaris will be highlighting their latest engineering, manufacturing, and repair training capabilities, as well as their global engineering and technical consultation services at CAMX, September 26th-29th, 2016 in Anaheim CA.

The Abaris staff will be on hand to discuss their newly updated NDI, engineering, manufacturing, mold fabrication, infusion, and structural repair courses designed to meet the specific needs of the continuously evolving composites industry. Special emphasis is on active learning and training programs, encompassing a variety of advanced composite technologies.

In addition, many Abaris partners will be located nearby on the exhibit show floor to answer questions about such products as repair equipment, vacuum bagging materials, additive manufacturing, tooling, laser projection, resins, fibers, prepregs, thermoplastics, and other associated material and process solutions.  Abaris is also an ACMA affinity partner, collaborating on training programs and providing discounts for ACMA members that wish to attend Abaris Training courses.

Abaris’ Direct Services Manager, Louis (Lou) Dorworth and Senior Engineering Instructor, Dr. Rikard Heslehurst will be giving pre-conference tutorials on Monday, September 26th. Lou’s morning seminar is titled Molds & Tooling for Manufacturing Composites runs from 9:00 am-12:00 pm, and Dr. Heslehurst’s afternoon tutorial, titled Sandwich Materials and Structures runs from 1:00-4:00 pm.
